At Glowly Me (accessible at glowlyme.app and the Glowly Me mobile applications on iOS and Android), we understand that your pregnancy and motherhood journey is deeply personal. We treat your health, developmental, and reproductive data with the highest standards of confidentiality, security, and integrity.

🛡️ Our Non-Negotiable Privacy Pledge: We do NOT sell, broker, rent, or trade your personal health data, kick records, contraction logs, or pregnancy timeline to advertising exchanges or third-party data brokers.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information necessary to deliver compassionate, personalized pregnancy and parenting guidance:

  • Pregnancy Milestones: Estimated due date (EDD), current gestational week, baby nickname.
  • Maternal Tracking Metrics: Kick count sessions, contraction frequency/duration, logged weight trajectory, appointment dates, and hospital bag checklists.
  • Account Information: Email address, hashed password, and user profile name (when creating an optional cloud account).
  • Community Participation: Voluntary posts, comments, questions, and reactions within your designated Due-Date Birth Club.
  • Device & Diagnostics: Non-identifying technical telemetry (app crash diagnostics, OS version) to guarantee app reliability.

3. Google Gemini AI & Data Usage

Glowly Me utilizes Google Gemini AI to provide daily personalized pregnancy tips. When generating tips, queries are processed with strict data minimization. Your personal medical records, full name, or identifying details are never used to train generalized AI models.

4. Data Storage & Security Standards

All network communication with our servers is protected using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) encryption. Sensitive user data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 protocols. Offline features (such as local contraction timers) maintain records on your local device storage.

5. Your Data Rights & Deletion

You have full ownership of your data at all times. In compliance with GDPR, CCPA, Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1, and Google Play policies, you may at any time:

  • Request a full export copy of your tracked pregnancy logs.
  • Request immediate and permanent deletion of your account and all associated historical data by using the in-app "Delete Account" button or emailing us at privacy@glowlyme.app.

6. Children’s Privacy

Glowly Me is intended for expecting mothers, parents, and legal guardians aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
