All content, milestone estimations, AI insights, and tracking tools (including the kick counter and contraction timer) are provided strictly for educational and informational wellness purposes. If you experience vaginal bleeding, severe abdominal pain, fluid leakage, decreased fetal movements, or symptoms of preeclampsia, immediately contact your OB/GYN, midwife, or visit the nearest emergency maternity ward.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Glowly Me application or website (glowlyme.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Use of Maternal Tools & AI Features
Glowly Me offers tools such as kick counting sessions, contraction timers, symptom trackers, and AI tips powered by Google Gemini. You acknowledge that:
- Timing and sensor logs are recorded by user input and may be subject to human recording variances.
- AI responses are algorithmic and should be regarded as informational suggestions rather than personalized medical evaluations.
- Glowly Me shall not be held liable for clinical decisions made without certified medical consultation.
3. Community Guidelines & Birth Clubs
Our Due-Date Birth Clubs provide a supportive, compassionate haven for expectant mothers. By participating, you agree:
- To treat all members with respect, kindness, and empathy.
- Not to post medical misinformation, unverified health treatments, or promotional spam.
- Not to engage in harassment, hate speech, or defamatory statements.
We reserve the right to remove non-compliant content and suspend accounts violating community safety.
4. Intellectual Property
All educational series (including The Weekly Journey and The Fourth Trimester), graphics, logos, and UI designs are the intellectual property of Glowly Me. You may not reproduce or republish content without prior written permission.
